We are free, inherently free

We are free, inherently free.Freedom is not something we have to aspire to; it is simply something we have to recognize.Look at all the ways you deny your freedom, all the things you “have to do.”When we are afraid of doing something, we make up that we are not free. When something is uncomfortable, we make up that we are not free. When we think someone will respond in a way we don’t want them to, we make up that we are not free.It is all about us.  We are not trapped by lack of freedom.  Perhaps we don’t really want to be that free, or don’t want to risk, or take the consequences of our actions, but to say we are not free is a distortion.
