Inquiry Leadership

As I have developed Inquiry Method™ it has become very clear to me that these investigations have significant implications toward the operation of businesses and organizations.

Inquiry Method™ is my process for catalyzing change while revealing the unique gifts and character of individuals. The Inquiry Method effectively removes inner obstacles and assists in shedding the burdens and coverings that obscure our energies and vitality.

More specifically, Inquiry Method implies and inspires a certain type of leadership I call Inquiry Leadership.  Inquiry Leadership is when the leader of an organization or business commits to exploring their true nature and motivations, and intends and participates in his/her own development toward improving and advancing the organization.

As leaders, removing obstacles to our inspiration and success has deep-reaching implications and effects on the quality of our leadership and the outcomes of the business process.  These effects trickle down to the individuals within the organization, often with surprising and inspiring results.

Once Inquiry Leadership is in place (the leader has engaged in their own process of personal development), it is supported and amplified by a process I call Inquiry Management.

Inquiry Management is a process whereby the inspiration and energy within an organization are led from the top, while at the same time being inspired and supported by energy from the bottom up.  By creating and supporting a mood of esprit de corps, a feeling of belonging to and believing in is cultivated that contributes to the organization, its values, and its mission.

It is a wonderful feeling to be a leader who steps up to do something they believe in, and then gets to watch a group of people, no matter what size, step up and not only meet that inspiration but empower it further.  Imagine expressing your vision and having everyone say yes and more.  Imagine they all started bringing their best selves to supporting and manifesting your vision.  That is Inquiry Management, the process for getting a collective yes, a grassroots swell of energy, from the bottom up.
