When is a Relationship Over?
Hey all! Olivia here. Kyle and I were in LA together at his home last week and decided to record a few vlogs for you. This vlog is from a question we received from a client. They asked, how do I know it’s time to leave my relationship? How do I go about that? How do I know I’ve made the right choice?
Watch the video below to hear Kyle’s answers.
What Olivia learned from the video:
Never leave a relationship when you’re upset or triggered. If you’re upset do your work.
Hate and love are two sides of the same coin. You can’t hate someone without caring so much.
The time to leave a relationship is when you’re neutral, it’s boring, and you’ve done all your work. That’s when relationship death occurs. As long as there is upset and energy there is something left to work with.
Try staying in the relationship and being exactly the person you want to be. A lot of people want to leave relationships because they have to keep modifying themselves. So stop modifying yourself but only if you can handle being left.
It’s alright to play with your right relationship to your partner. You can try on different things to see where you fit. Step in and step out. Pull back a little bit and feel that energy. Move in and see how that feels. This is not in emotional reaction but simply seeing where you are drawn to in your partnership.
Relationships aren’t over until they are over.
