The Power of Doing
Every so often I get inspired to do all of the little things I have put off for one reason or another. Today I bought some shelf pins so I could put up a couple of shelves, I took something out to the garage that had been sitting by the door, cleaned up my email and a few other things. I love the feeling of less clutter. It is amazingly satisfying to address the things that interfere in the harmony of my physical space but go unseen. This is true of our inner space as well. What emotions, thoughts, beliefs, patterns, wants, … are taking up space in your mind, in your life? Find or make time to recognize these things and attend to them. This is one of the benefits of having a coach or a mentor, space and guidance to address these things.Take some time to make space to attend to the unattended things in your life. See if you can begin to see the deferred clutter of your life physical, mental, emotional, and even the things deeper to your source. Recognize the satisfaction and well-being that results from addressing them.
