Making Decisions
This week's blog is a follow-up to our Inquiry in Action video that was posted on Monday, Letting Go of the Idea of "Right" and "Wrong", where Kyle coached Raven through her fear of making a "wrong" decision. This video dives into the idea, or illusion, of having a choice and making a decision.
This video was taken from one of our Community Coaching Calls. These calls are free and open to anyone! They occur on Wednesdays and Fridays at 1pm ET/10am PT. These calls are an excellent way to feel supported and connected, especially during these trying times.

Key Take-Aways:
Making choices is just an illusion
Human beings are complicated mathematical computations
In every moment, we are always acting in our best interest
We have always made the very best decision we could which means we never did anything wrong
Judging the past is regret or guilt, thinking "I could've done better", which does not make sense because we have always done what is best for us in that moment
We do not have a choice because we are always going to do the next that that is in our very best interest which means our future is set
Anxiety and worry are the future form of guilt and regret and are useless forms of energy
The key is to be here in the present moment and be aware of what is happening
Self-love is knowing that we are always doing our best in each moment
